Kindly note that once payment has been made, it is non-refundable. In cases where the booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, payment is due within 2 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

The appointment you’ve booked through us is typically fixed. However, if you are unable to find an alternative slot on your own, you can always attend the originally scheduled appointment date.
