Currently, we accept payments through PayPal. Upon receiving a booking confirmation email, you will automatically receive a payment request.

Our customer service team will then reach out to you directly to confirm that everything meets your satisfaction. Please note that the payment request is valid for 24 hours.

Kindly note that once payment has been made, it is non-refundable. In cases where the booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, payment is due within 2 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

The appointment you’ve booked through us is typically fixed. However, if you are unable to find an alternative slot on your own, you can always attend the originally scheduled appointment date.
